fi2Cryotherapy is the exposure of a patients body to -250°F for 2-3 minutes in a CryoChamber/ CryoSauna to help relieve many different ailments. Studies have shown that cryotherapy is an effective treatment for Rheumatoid Arthritis, Lyme Disease and all inflammatory disease, Depression and Weight Management being an additional benefit.

Studies have also shown faster recovery from injuries and intense training in athletes. Cryotherapy uses the bodies natural response to extremely cold temperatures for 2-3 minutes triggering a reaction which causes your body to go into a state of survival causing all of your blood from your extremities to rush into your core to protect your vital organs.
